Dreamers 90 by Silvio Porzionato presents a luminous apparition suspended between presence and reverie, where colour and gaze create a quiet, magnetic intensity. With his large-scale, close-up oil portraiture, the Italian artist turns a moment of contemplation into an image that stays with us, somewhere between intimacy and contemporary icon.
A figurative painter, SILVIO PORZIONATO works from photographs of friends and people he encounters, which he translates into monumental, sculptural faces on canvas. After studying art and beginning his career as a designer for a major Italian company, he devoted himself entirely to painting and soon received international recognition, including the Mondadori Art Prize, selection for the 54th Venice Biennale, and exhibitions in Hong Kong, Miami, London, Paris, New York, Seoul and Istanbul.
